Steve Clarke

Steve Clarke, PE, is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in architectural and engineering design across various markets, particularly in Buildings and Infrastructure. Steve began a career at Bechtel as an Electrical Engineer before moving to Occidental where responsibilities included corporate engineering for OxyChem. Following that, Steve held several leadership positions at Jacobs, including Managing Principal and Vice President for multiple operational and strategic roles, focusing on business development and project management for a diverse range of clients in the Texas Gulf Coast area. Prior experience also includes serving as an Associate Principal at Carter & Burgess, which was acquired by Jacobs. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
