Steve McNally

Steve McNally is a high-performance Nuclear Operations, EHSS&Q and Projects Manager with a robust background in managing operations within the nuclear generation industry. They served as Deputy Director EHSS&Q and Director EHS&Q at Magnox Electric from 2005 to 2007, then held the position of Site Director at Magnox Ltd in 2011. Currently, they are the Nuclear Technology Manager at Jacobs, where they continue to advocate for culture change and lean-based continuous improvement. Steve earned a BEng (Hons) in Electronics & Control Systems from Anglia Ruskin University between 1990 and 1994.
