Steve Pelham

Steve Pelham serves as the Vice President and Principal at Jacobs since April 2016, focusing on the growth of Jacobs Aviation in the Americas. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President at RS&H, Inc, where responsibilities encompassed international business development, marketing strategies, and community leadership. Pelham successfully led global expansion efforts and significantly increased revenue by restructuring the aerospace and defense practice. Prior roles include Director of International Sales at Reveal Imaging Technologies, specializing in explosives detection systems, and Director of Aviation & Assembly at Milliken & Company, overseeing marketing and sales for a range of venues. Pelham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
