Steven Vicha

Steven Vicha, PE(Tx), is the Global Community of Practice Lead Civil-Structural at Worley, where they currently focus on enhancing technical practices within the organization. Prior to this role, Steven served as a Senior Section Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Jacobs, managing the implementation of civil structural software and technical procedures. They had a lengthy tenure at Jacobs Engineering, from 1997 to 2014, specializing in structural engineering for petrochemical projects. Additionally, Steven was a certified trainer for STAAD Pro at Bentley Systems/RAM International from 2002 to 2008. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural specialty from Texas A&M University in 1997.
