Steven Yule is the Director of Digital and Data at Jacobs in the Middle East, based in Dubai. They provide technical leadership on high-profile infrastructure projects, leveraging AI, digital twins, and cloud integration to enhance performance, resilience, and sustainability. With extensive experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams, Steven advises city authorities and developers on smart city platforms and AI adoption. A Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of several professional institutions, Steven also contributes to shaping industry policy and practice. They are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Liverpool.
