Stuart Freeman

Stuart Freeman is the Head of Local Government Services, bringing extensive experience in operational and client account management across various councils and organizations. Previously, they served as Operations Manager for Worcestershire County Council at Ringway and held several leadership roles at Jacobs, including Divisional Director and Local Government Client Account Director. Their career also includes a tenure as Transportation Manager at Walsall Council and Service Manager for Highways & Transport at Telford & Wrekin Council. Stuart holds an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Master of Public Administration from Warwick Business School.
