Stuart Gould is currently the Head of Signalling at Jacobs, a position held since 2019. They began their career as a Technician Apprentice at Flavel Leisure from 1988 to 1993 and completed a BEng in Manufacturing System Engineering at the University of Warwick in 1996. Gould has extensive experience in signalling, having worked as an Engineer at Mott MacDonald and Siemens Transportation, and held multiple senior roles at Jacobs, including Principal Engineer and Signalling Discipline Lead in Birmingham from 2008 to 2010.
