Tapash Das, Ph.D., ENV SP, has over 22 years of research and professional experience in climate science and water resources management. Currently, they serve as the Water Group Leader at Jacobs and have previously held roles such as Senior Technologist and Global Lead of Jacobs’ Resilience and Climate Change Community of Practice. Their expertise includes regional hydrological modeling, data analysis, and climate resilience. Tapash earned a Master of Technology in Water Resources Development and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
