Tara Ajello is the East Central Director of Projects at Jacobs, where they oversee the risk and financial metrics of project portfolios across the Midwest and MidAtlantic. With over 20 years of experience in stormwater management, design, and compliance, Tara has previously served as the Mid Atlantic Director of Projects at Jacobs and as a Project Delivery Lead at CH2M. They hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. Outside of work, Tara is passionate about STEM education for girls, sustainable food and cooking, and running.
