Teri Moss

Teri Moss has extensive experience in community relations and public affairs within the transportation sector. Most recently, Teri served as the Deputy Director of Community Relations/Marketing and Project Outreach Manager at the Maryland State Highway Administration from June 2022 to November 2023. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the Maryland Department of Transportation and Public Relations Manager at Remline Corp. Teri’s earlier positions include Project Manager for Community Relations at the Maryland Transportation Authority and various roles at Remline Corp. Teri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Towson University. Currently, Teri is a Senior Communications/Community Outreach Specialist in Transportation at Jacobs, starting in December 2023.
