Tim Durham

Tim Durham is an experienced Operations Management Director with extensive background in water resources and public services. They held the position of Director of Water Resources at Oconee County from 2018 to 2022 and served as both the Assistant City Manager and Public Services Director for the City of Clarkesville from 2003 to 2015. Tim began their career as an Operator/Laboratory Analyst at the City of Commerce and also served as a Combat Engineer/Motor Transportation in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1993 to 1999. Currently, Tim is the O & M Project Director at Jacobs and is pursuing advanced degrees at The University of Georgia, North Georgia Technical College, and Southern Polytechnic State University.
