Tim Kitchen

Tim Kitchen is currently the Principal and Section Leader for the Environment and Planning Section at Jacobs, where they oversee the development of professional resources and provide consulting services in environmental assessment and management, land use planning, and stakeholder engagement. Tim previously worked for 8 years at Parsons Brinckerhoff as an Environmental Consultant and spent 3.5 years at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) in an Operations capacity, focusing on statutory facilitation. They have contributed to major infrastructure projects, including the Melbourne Metro Rail Project and others like the Tullamarine Calder Interchange Alliance and the Desalination Plant. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemistry) with Honors and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and graduated from Scotch College.
