Tim Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and environmental science. Currently serving as Programme Manager (DCO and Planning) and Head of Consents for the Lower Thames Crossing at Jacobs since December 2017, Tim previously held several key roles at CH2M, including DCO & Planning Manager and Sustainability Programme Manager for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. With earlier positions at CDM Smith and Laing O'Rourke focusing on contaminated land and water resource management, Tim's expertise spans project direction, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Tim holds a BA in Natural Sciences (Geology) from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Hydrogeology from UCL.
