Timothy Brown is a seasoned program manager, project manager, and construction manager with extensive experience in the industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Regional Manager for PMCM in the South Region at Jacobs, a position they've held since 2019. Previously, Timothy was an Engineer Officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1981 to 2002, culminating as the Philadelphia District Engineer. They also held vice president roles at CH2M and Jacobs, managing significant projects, including the capacity enhancement program at the Philadelphia International Airport and various initiatives for state and local governments. Timothy earned a Master’s in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
