Tom Fuller

Tom Fuller has extensive experience in consultancy and data analysis, particularly in transportation and infrastructure advisory. At AECOM from September 2009 to May 2013, Tom provided expertise to clients across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. At Abellio Group from June 2013 to December 2015, Tom led the revenue work stream for the East Anglia franchise bid, managing a team focused on demand growth and market analysis. From April 2018 to April 2023, Tom served as Associate Director and Senior Associate Director at Jacobs, delivering projects for government and regulatory clients while also taking on internal leadership roles. Prior to Jacobs, Tom was a Principal Consultant at LeighFisher from April 2017 to March 2018. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, an MBA from The Open University, and has completed A Levels in Further Mathematics, Mathematics, History, and Chemistry at Hills Road Sixth Form College.
