Tom Hester

Tom Hester is an accomplished urban designer and principal at Jacobs, specializing in integrated planning and design. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Tom has held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at Canin Associates, Urban Designer at EDAW, and Regional PlaceMaking Manager at WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff.
