Tom Palaia

Tom Palaia is an Expert Technologist at Jacobs, a position held since July 1992, where responsibilities include serving as the global technology leader for petroleum non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) characterization and remediation, as well as leading associated Communities of Practice. Prior to joining Jacobs, Tom held the role of Principal Technologist at CH2M from July 1992 to January 2018, also focusing on NAPL characterization and remediation. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.
