Tom Schneider is a seasoned professional in the engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, distribution, and software/SaaS industries. They have held leadership roles in several companies, including as President and COO at MagTec Energy, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Steffes, and currently as Principal for Federal Solutions at Jacobs. With a robust background in corporate strategy, business development, and program management, Tom excels in fast-paced environments and has a diverse skill set across multiple sectors. Tom is also pursuing advanced degrees, including an MBA and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State University, respectively.
