Tom Smith is currently the Design-Build @ Risk Delivery Lead for Federal Buildings at Jacobs and has extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including life sciences and commercial development. An Army veteran, they served as a Counterintelligence Agent for the 10th Special Forces Group from 1981 to 1988. Tom has held prominent positions at several construction companies, such as Project Executive at DPR Construction and Site Manager at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, where they directed high-profile urban projects. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University and is a certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
