Tom Watson

Tom Watson is an experienced program management consultant and attorney with a strong background in major program management and control. They have held roles as a Project Controls Manager at Jacobs since 2015 and previously at CH2M, as well as serving as a Business Operations Manager at DynCorp International. Tom earned a Doctor of Law degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Texas A&M University School of Law, along with a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Currently, Tom is researching blockchain technology and its applications from a legal and economic perspective.
