Tom Wilne is a Senior Programme Director with extensive experience in oil and gas, aviation, transport, and infrastructure. Currently, they lead the EDP JV for engineering and delivery partner support in HS2 Phase 1 and 2a. Previously, Tom served as Project Delivery Director for Manchester Airport Group, managing a significant capital investment program in a complex operational environment. They also held various roles at Shell, spanning project engineering, health, safety, and environmental consultancy, as well as global contracting and procurement management. Tom earned a Master's in Executive Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from UCL.
