Umar Alfaruq

Umar Alfaruq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the water and wastewater engineering sector. As Vice President and Canada Water Market Lead at Jacobs from October 2018 to July 2022, Umar led a team of technical staff and project managers, focusing on delivering high-quality water solutions, fostering client relationships, and identifying market growth opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Projects at CH2M from May 2006 to September 2018, where responsibilities encompassed project management for large-scale drinking water and wastewater projects, as well as talent management in British Columbia and Yukon.
