Vida Williams

Vida Williams is the Geospatial Capability Lead and Reading Office Lead at Jacobs, overseeing a team of over 70 GIS professionals across the UK and Ireland. They have extensive experience in the geospatial industry, having worked in both the public and private sectors on projects related to transport, flood risk, and environmental assessments. Previously, Vida worked as a Transport Planner at Mott MacDonald and as a GIS Consultant for several organizations, including Steer Davies Gleave and Transport for London. They hold a Master of Science in GIS with distinction from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Geography degree from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Vida serves on the Council for the Association for Geographic Information to promote innovation and professional development in the GIS field.
