Wade Walker possesses extensive experience in workforce development and educational program management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager, HSE Manager, and Workforce Development Manager at Jacobs since July 2008, Wade has overseen workforce development activities for maintenance and construction projects in the Baton Rouge region, focusing on craft training and leadership development. Previously, as Training Coordinator at James Construction Group, LLC, Wade developed and implemented workforce development programs in collaboration with division heads.
