Waqar Butt

Waqar Butt is an experienced operations manager currently working at Jacobs since May 2017, where roles have included Operations Manager for the South East Program Alliance, Section Manager, and Design Project Manager/Team Lead. Prior to Jacobs, Waqar Butt served at Halcrow, a CH2M HILL Company from April 2008 to April 2017 in positions such as Assistant Project Manager, Package Manager, and Lead Design Engineer. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Design Engineer with NESPAK and Black and Veatch JV from November 2005 to March 2008, as well as in a similar role at Jers Engineering Consultants from January to November 2005. Waqar Butt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, earned between 2001 and 2004, and completed studies at F.C. College in Lahore, Pakistan from 1998 to 2000.
