Wayne Green is a dynamic and accomplished Global Programme Director with extensive experience in the energy industry, nuclear, and pharmaceuticals. They have successfully managed major deepsea subsea tieback developments and projects valued at up to $1 billion, demonstrating expertise in all project gates from Concept to Detailed design. With a strong focus on stakeholder management and collaboration, Wayne is recognized for exceeding project expectations and accelerating schedules while minimizing costs. They have held leadership roles across several organizations, including POSCO International Corp and Apache Corporation, showcasing their exceptional capabilities in overseeing multidiscipline teams and promoting safety as a primary project deliverable. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Glamorgan.
