William McMillin is currently the Wet Weather and Collection Systems Management Global Technology Leader at Jacobs, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, McMillin served as a Senior Principal Technologist at CH2M HILL from 2005 until its acquisition by Jacobs in 2018, and was an Associate at HydroQual from 1988 to 2005. McMillin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Manhattan College, completing the latter in 1988.
