Jacoby Development is a real estate development firm with a 40-year track record for success. We are best known for leading the development of Atlantic Station, an iconic live-work-play destination that remade a long blighted steel mill site in Atlanta, GA, and paved the way for the revitalization of the city's West Midtown area. Jacoby Development has a long track record of successfully redeveloping environmentally blighted sites. In addition to Atlantic Station, we have also redeveloped two former Ford Automotive Plants in Atlanta and Norfolk, VA. The Atlanta facility is now home to the North American headquarters for Porsche Cars North America, and the Norfolk site is anchored by KTN, a global logistics firm.

Today, Jacoby Development is pursuing opportunities for mixed-use developments in unique natural environments. We have active projects in Georgia and Florida and are always seeking attractive development opportunities elsewhere in the U.S.
