Tom Vanhoutte

Tom Vanhoutte serves as the Chief Operating Officer at JACOPS NV since May 2011, overseeing operations within a family-owned company specializing in infrastructure techniques for over 50 years. In addition, Tom is a managing partner at Axiss, a project management firm focused on data and telecommunications infrastructure, and has held this position since July 2010. As a founding partner of CLAYMING, established in March 2020, Tom is involved with a community of Belgian sporting clay shooters who are passionate about outdoor shooting activities. Previously, from February 2012 to May 2015, Tom worked as a partner and project coordinator at Boat4rent, a company specializing in speedboat rentals. Tom Vanhoutte holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management with a focus on strategy, marketing, finance, and leadership.
