We have this crazy idea that technology exists to make your life better.

We’ve had a pretty good run so far: six time winners of the Philadelphia 100 (a list of the fastest-growing companies in the Greater Philadelphia area), included in the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame, and named three times to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States. We've been profiled multiple times in the Philadelphia Business Journal, and our company has been listed as one of the ten best places to work in the area by Main Line Today magazine.

We pioneered agile software development in highly-regulated environments, and our approach has always put the human being at the heart of the system. We’ve successfully brought our approach to some of the largest companies in the world, and we’ve helped some smaller companies get much, much larger.

As more and more computing power has become available for less cost and with less difficulty, a computational technique called machine learning, first devised in the 1950s, has become viable.

The technology has always been pretty cool, but machine learning has enabled us to make the first really meaningful push into artificial intelligence. Now the technology is absolutely amazing.

While machine learning is pretty awesome by itself, we’ve found that many organizations struggle to take it from initial concept to fully-functioning competitive advantage.

That’s where we come in.

We pioneered some of the earliest uses of agile software development in large organizations, and that led to a project management and development approach like no other. We maintain an insane focus on the needs of the users, and make the humans the heart of every system we build. Our methodology works so well that we can show a greater than 97% success rate when creating systems.

There’s a difference between just writing code and crafting enterprise-level software that runs for years and years. We were early practitioners of development operations (DevOps), a discipline that enables us to build robust, dependable software quickly and easily.

And lastly, we’ve embraced machine learning as the next great technological revolution, a tool that is already reshaping competitive advantage for companies.

We help our clients take this amazing technology, build industrial-strength systems around it, and leap into the future, leaving the competition behind.

We do what we do because we love technology and love creating things that make people happy and more successful; we also love collaborating with smart, capable people who share similar interests.

We focus on accepting only those engagements where we can deliver exceptional returns for our clients; on every project we seek to provide at least a 3-to-1 return on investment for our clients. We believe so strongly in our ability to help our clients that we provide a guarantee that is unique in our industry.
