JACSpace International is a principal advisory partnership serving Space, Space for Defence, and Defence. We are practitioners, not consultants, personally accountable for the outcomes of the organisations we advise.
Our founding team has led organisations, won complex programmes, and been responsible for delivery across ESA, EC, NATO, and national defence frameworks on three continents. The people who scope the work are the people who do it.
What makes JACSpace more than the sum of its parts is that this team has already worked together. Commercial strategy, Technology strategy, Programme delivery, and Engineering rigour at the same executive table, through growth, restructuring, and transition. The working relationship exists. The trust is already built.
Collectively, the team has guided organisations from incorporation through scale-up to successful merger and acquisition, including scaling an international space and defence technology group from 100 to over 900 staff and €115M in revenue. The team holds engineering credentials from TU Delft, a Cranfield University affiliation, and a track record of founding and exiting ventures within the ESA ecosystem.
We operate across three jurisdictions, Europe (the Netherlands), the United Kingdom, and Canada, with genuine on-the-ground presence in three distinct procurement, regulatory, and funding ecosystems.
JACSpace engages on a retained or project basis. We are selective about what we take on. We only work on programmes where we can be genuinely useful.
Strategy. Delivery. Certainty.
