Gilson Lemos

Gilson Lemos graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNESP - Ilha Solteira and completed a Master's in Systems Dynamics at the same institution. They have extensive experience in simulation engineering and currently serve as a Supervisor of Validation at Máquinas Agrícolas Jacto S A, where they coordinate a team in mechanical and agricultural testing. Previously, they held the position of Parts Sales Manager and worked as a Senior CAE Simulation Engineer at Jacto from 2004 to 2014, focusing on virtual modeling, structural sizing, and process improvement in simulation methodologies.
