Deepa Joshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and service delivery management. Currently serving as Director at Jade Global since May 2018, Deepa has also held positions as Associate Director and Head of QA within the company. Prior to Jade Global, Deepa dedicated over 17 years at Tech Mahindra, where roles included Service Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager on significant projects such as GSAT Pre-Sales Operations for Verizon and FTTX for Bell Canada. Earlier in the career, Deepa worked as a Senior Technical Member at Persistent Systems Ltd and as a Software Engineer at Image Point Technologies. Deepa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC and a Diploma in Computer Technology from K K Wagh Polytechnic.
