Rucha Dixit has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently holding the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Jade Global since April 2010, after progressing through roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Manager. Prior to joining Jade Global, Rucha served as Lead Technical Recruiter at Absolute HR International from January 2009 to April 2010, focusing on comprehensive recruitment processes. Rucha began the career as a Software Professional at Extentia Information Technology from September 2006 to January 2009. Rucha completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, following earlier education at Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology and St. Anne's High School.
