We partner with frontline communities, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations to support the planning, research, and engagement work that makes equitable infrastructure and climate adaptation possible. Our approach centers lived experience, honors local knowledge, and resists the pressure to “solve” complex challenges from the outside.
