Immigration law is our sole focus. By handling thousands of cases in this specialized area, we’ve become capable experts able to succeed in even the most complex cases. We understand that the outcomes we produce will significantly impact the lives of our clients and their families, and conduct our work with a commensurate level of drive, attention, and care.

We have helped clients from more than 88 countries obtain work permits, green cards, and/or become US citizens. Through our record of success we’ve earned a strong reputation within the immigrant communities we serve (link to testimonials map), and among the judiciary before which we practice. Be it the timely and thoughtful presentation of an argument in Federal Immigration Court, or the submission of an accurate and well-supported petition to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), our focus on high-quality work ensures our clients the best possible chance for success.

We care for our clients as if they were family of our own, and make every effort to ensure that they are well-informed and well-prepared through every step of their case. Our staff provide timely answers to client questions. Attorneys take a personal interest in ensuring that our strategies are aligned with clients’ personal priorities. Each member of our team is united in a common effort to advocate for the people we serve, ease their fears and concerns, and help them achieve their immigration-related goals.

We are a mission-driven organization motivated by the humanitarian aspect of our work: protecting people from harm, reuniting families and keeping them together, advocating for the rights of marginalized and disenfranchised populations.

Our firm represents a significant portion of its clients in a low/pro bono capacity and has acted as a contributing partner to the Safe Passage Project in New York City, which provides free legal assistance to unaccompanied
