Based in Montréal, JADX is a small, senior-led, bilingual marketing agency that becomes the in-house marketing team founder-led brands wish they had. Instead of stitching together a brand agency, a packaging designer, a web shop, and a media buyer, and burning founder time coordinating between them, JADX owns brand strategy, packaging, web, and paid media end-to-end, under one roof, in both French and English natively.

We work the way a senior team does. The founder works directly with the people doing the work, not a junior account layer. Every output ships bilingual-native, not translated, across brand voice, packaging, web, and ads. Our in-house production studio shoots, edits, designs, and deploys in one workflow, so a single production sprint yields a brand's worth of assets across every surface: ads, landing pages, packaging, social, and the full website. AI accelerates volume, while design-trained curation keeps the work on-brand and never AI slop.

Our method is the 3Ps: Plan, Produce, Perform. Plan audits the brand and builds the design system that governs everything downstream. Produce generates every asset the brand wears in the world, all run through that system. Perform measures paid, brand, web, and conversion together, feeding wins back into the system so each quarter is cheaper to produce and higher-performing than the last. Most agencies sell labor and deliverables. JADX sells a system that compounds the longer it runs.

We keep a short roster of deep relationships rather than a long list of transactional jobs, serving founder-led brands in the $1M to $20M range across Canada and the US, including US brands expanding into Canada, where native French and Canadian operational knowledge become the wedge. We are comfortable in regulated categories like consumer health, supplements, and premium CPG, and bring the same brand-to-performance synthesis to hospitality and entertainment groups. One team, two languages, end to end.
