We believe every manufacturer deserves access to the strategic leadership needed to grow.

Too many manufacturers know they need to improve but don't know where to start, what to prioritize, or how to move forward without making the wrong investment. That's the problem JAE Automation was built to solve.

For over 25 years we've partnered with manufacturers across North America to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize the right initiatives and see them through — making things better across the business.

We provide three core services:

Automation Strategy — strategic leadership and initiative management powered by the MTB Strategy Framework. We work with ownership and C-level teams to understand the business, identify improvement opportunities and define the right work before any equipment or execution commitment is made.

Design & Integration — execution of defined projects from design through to build, deployment and closeout.

Support — reactive and coverage-based support to keep operations running and teams productive.

We work with SME manufacturers across North America — typically ownership and C-level teams who are ready to grow strategically but don't yet have the internal resources to lead that growth themselves.

If you're a manufacturer who knows things need to get better but aren't sure where to start — that's exactly where we begin.
