JAI The Collective is a hospitality design studio built on Curated Expertise and Collective Vision, led by Founder and Visionary Curator Jacki Arena. We unite best-in-class creatives, strategists, and specialists to form bespoke project teams tailored to each client and brand. Rooted in decades of hospitality experience and elevated by a boutique, design-led approach, our model offers a full-scope alternative to traditional firms—delivering concept-to-completion services that span branding, architecture, interior design, procurement, project management, art curation, and beyond.

At the heart of The Collective is collaboration. We partner with talented, independent businesses—each an expert in their field—to bring clients a seamless, elevated design experience. With complete transparency, we proudly share the companies and people behind our work, because their success matters as much as ours.

Engaging JAI The Collective means more than hiring individual firms. It means gaining the power of collaboration: strategy aligned, creativity multiplied, execution unified. Together, we deliver outcomes no single company could achieve alone. It’s design that makes a difference, elevated through collective expertise.
