Jo Debs has extensive experience in operations and health & safety within the event management sector. Currently serving in operations and health & safety roles at JAM Event Services since October 2025, key responsibilities include overseeing the Dubai Run control room and acting as a senior health & safety and loggist for the T100, alongside serving as an event manager for the Untold Festival. Prior to this, Jo Debs held various managerial positions at Wimbledon from November 2017 to August 2025, including Venue Operations Manager and Championships Services Manager. Jo Debs also worked at Harlequins from 2011 to 2017, progressing from Events Assistant to Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and execution of major club events. Education was completed at Langley Grammar School.
