JAM Nutrition is a virtual nutrition practice based in Manhattan, NY, and it was founded by Registered Dietitians Julia Perlman and Mimi Scheidt. JAM Nutrition is passionate about counseling individuals aged 16 and above in cultivating a positive and empowered relationship with food. Our goal is to liberate individuals from restrictive dieting, enabling them to embrace nourishing and nutritious choices that align with their unique needs and lifestyle.
