Phill Dodd has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies in the field of design, strategy, and user experience. Phill most recently worked at Jam3, where they served as the Vice President of Strategy, UX & Data, leading design, content, and data strategy for major platforms such as Meta, Quest, SparkAR, and more. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Experience + Product at Jam3, managing a team of 10+ professionals and overseeing UX and product disciplines. Phill has also held positions at Product School, Oddd inc., Bensimon Byrne, Rogers Media, and Cundari, where they excelled in roles such as Director of Experience Architecture, Director of UX + CX, Senior Strategist + Information Architect, User Experience Designer, and Account Executive. Throughout their career, Phill has demonstrated expertise in product marketing, experience design, UX research, and strategic planning.

Phill Dodd attended Haydon School from 1994 to 2001. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Bath, where they obtained a BSc HONS degree in Business Administration from 2001 to 2005.
