Tim Porter is currently the Director at Jama Software. Porter's first job out of college was working as the Director of Finance at Eagle River Investments from June 2000 to June 2001. Eagle River Investments is a telecom focused private equity firm controlled by wireless pioneer Craig McCaw. Porter split their time between Eagle River and Teledesic during this time period. Porter's first job was working as the Director of Finance at Teledesic from October 1996 to July 2001. Teledesic was building a global satellite network to deliver high-quality, broadband communication services. Tim also held the roles of Financial Analyst and Associate while working at Teledesic.
Tim Porter has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
