Rich Barnwell

Rich Barnwell is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Entity, Rich aims to revolutionize the gaming industry through a powerful publishing and distribution platform. As a Venture and General Partner at Delta Partners VC, Rich invests in early-stage technology startups in Ireland. Additionally, Rich holds board positions at Jamango!, Eppione®, and LegitFit, focusing on innovative gaming and employee benefits solutions. Previously, Rich founded and led DIGIT Game Studios, which became Ireland's largest games developer before its acquisition by Scopely, where Rich continued to manage the DIGIT business. Rich’s earlier roles include leadership positions at Jolt Online Gaming, secureVirtual Limited, and Jagex Ltd., showcasing a strong history of driving growth and innovation within the industry. Rich earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
