Richard Whelan

Richard Whelan is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with a diverse experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently, Richard co-founded Jamango!, a cutting-edge browser-native gaming platform established in January 2023, and Stealth Co since August 2021. Previously, Richard founded Orcadia, a virtual games platform, in June 2021, which facilitated remote team connections during the COVID pandemic, designing games utilized by major organizations including LinkedIn and Google. Richard served as CEO and co-founder of Popdeem from October 2012 to September 2021, a social rewards system enhancing customer engagement on social media. Earlier roles include Lead Designer and Mentor at 100minds, a non-profit organization in Ireland, and Sports Data Analyst & Software Developer at pb3 Coaching. Richard holds a BComm in Management Information Systems from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Java Programming from Fitzwilliam Institution.
