At the Jambeck Circularity Informatics Lab, we believe global circularity begins with local insight.

We partner with communities worldwide to redesign linear plastic and material systems into circular ones through collaborative science and open-access data. Through our innovative tools, technology, and training, we help communities develop and scale circular solutions from the ground up.

Our Circularity Assessment Protocol (CAP), implemented in 60+ cities globally, helps communities measure waste, identify circular opportunities, and drive local action. Through Debris Tracker, a free mobile app, volunteers contribute real-time environmental data that supports local research, policy, and decision-making.

By working together, we are advancing circular economy solutions that protect our planet and strengthen communities.
