Jonathan MacArthur

Jonathan MacArthur, MBA, ARM, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at James Avery Artisan Jewelry, a position held since August 2019. In this role, responsibilities encompass overseeing the Environmental, Health & Safety team, managing compliance programs, handling corporate insurance, and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations. Prior to this, Jonathan was the Director of Risk Management at Marvin from April 2015 to August 2019, where duties included enterprise risk management and crisis response. Jonathan's earlier experience includes roles at CSX Transportation as a Corporate Insurance/Risk Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, as well as various management positions at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Jonathan's military background includes serving as a Medical Specialist NCO in the US Army, participating in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. An MBA was obtained from the University of North Florida, following a BA in Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
