Candy Parr

Candy Parr has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2011 to the present, they have been working as a Business Process Consultant - Client Services at James Imaging Systems, where they focus on improving workflow, increasing profitability, addressing security concerns, and enhancing staff productivity. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2011, they were a Branch Manager at SEEK Careers/Staffing, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business plans, and achieving sales and productivity goals. Candy also worked as a Substitute Teacher at ARROWHEAD UHS SCHOOL DISTRICT from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they were a Customer Service Sales Manager at BALAX, INC. from 1998 to 2008, where they managed customer service and sales, supervised staff, and coordinated functions between the field force and internal departments.

Candy Parr has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In addition, they have obtained professional certificates in Healthcare Operations and Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Waukesha County Technical College, which they completed between 2008 and 2010. Candy also holds a Substitute Teacher License from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, which they acquired in 2012.
