James & Monroe (J&M) are OneStream and Oracle Partners with over twenty years’ experience implementing CPM/EPM and BI solutions at some of the largest organisations in the region. We have offices across Australia, New Zealand, India and Singapore.

We work with a cross-section of clients from small to large multi-nationals, government and private sector, with varying complexities. With 90+ clients our retention rate reflects not only on our technical abilities, but also our professionalism and the effort we put into our client relationships.

In addition to our EPM/CPM solutions, we provide very cost-effective and highly responsive implementation and support services for SMEs running Oracle Fusion ERP and for NetSuite customers who require NetSuite Planning and Budgeting solutions.

Last year, J&M serviced over 80 customers across both government and the private sector and currently provide over 65 of these customers with our comprehensive Managed Service support across OneStream, Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud and Oracle Fusion ERP.

In addition to core EPM/CPM functionality, we have helped a number of our clients maximise the value of their investments in the OneStream and Oracle EPM products by applying our extensive tax expertise to implement fully integrated Pillar II and Country-by-Country Reporting to support their Tax teams and by working with our customer’s FP&A teams to apply sophisticated AI/ML capabilities to increase the accuracy of their planning/forecast models.

We look to build long-term partnerships with our clients. As a J&M customer you are guaranteed direct contact with the owners and decision-makers and assured of our total commitment to 100% customer satisfaction and high value outcomes.

We are always looking for good people to join our team. Get in touch!
