James Tool Machine and Engineering, Inc. was established in 1987 by James “Bud” Toner with just five employees to provide precision machining and tooling services. James Tool was founded and still continues to follow four basic principles: Integrity, Honesty, Quality and Customer Service — all to provide “ Precision Craftsmanship Driven By Technology.”

James Tool is ISO 9001, AS9100 (Aerospace) certified, and ITAR Registered. James Tool and provides quality precision machining services for diverse industries worldwide – including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, Off-Highway, and Oil & Gas. 

For over 30 years we have specialized in Engineer & Build Workholding & Fixtures, CNC Production Machining, and Non-Production Precision CNC Machining.
